4.3. Faculty development and support
The candidate institution must provide opportunities for participation in miscellaneous training and continuing education for the development of faculty education, research, and clinical activity capabilities. The candidate institution must also maintain reasonable faculty performance evaluation systems, and apply them in motivating and compensating faculty to promote the excellence of the candidate institution.
4.3.1. The candidate institution has prepared opportunities for continuing education regarding veterinary education to faculty, and faculty participation is at appropriate levels.
